Believe us. We can cover your Ninja Niner in full-on class. Airtech’s upper for this bike is available with headlight and turn signal holes cut out to directly replace the stock unit. Or, our competition part has the holes filled in for track use or to fit aftermarket turn signal pods and perhaps a projector beam headlights if you want a truly trick ride. We’ve got lowers for both sides and the front radiator guard.

Gosh darnit, we’ve got the front fender, a one piece race seat, and a fuel tank available for this thing. What more could you ask for? An air box assembly, snorkels, and dash covers, you say? Airtech has them. We’ll even make them up in carbon fiber if you want. So, lighten up that snarly Ninja with some new bodywork, or get some fresh skin for the track. You won’t be sorry.

What we have here is affordable replacement part for a very expensive piece. Although our panel is identical in exterior size and shape to the Kawasaki piece, we do not do the internal tab work for the headlights. But hey, that's no big deal. They are not needed to mount this on to your bike. Originally Kawasaki had four tabs that located the headlight into the upper fairing. But, the weight of the headlight is actually supported by the metal bracket on the chassis. Those tabs inside the headlight were only there to locate the headlight into the fairing. Usually when you crash, it busts those tabs off the headlight assembly anyhow. To mount this on the chassis, we simply take your stock headlight assembly and stick it into the metal fairing bracket on your bike. Then we slide the upper fairing on to the bike, position it around that recessed notch in your headlight. Then we attach the fairing at the mirrors at the top, and the lowers at the bottom. Then you're ready to go for a ride. Basically you headlight is still supported by the metal fairing bracket, we just use the fiberglass fairing to keep the headlight from falling out on to the ground. It works great we've been doing it for years. So if you have a busted up ZX9R you probably already know that clean parts are hard to find in the salvage yards and dealing with the scum on e-bay isn't worth the time.
